I’m Dan Coppins, a packaging technologist and sustainability consultant based in Ashford, Kent. I founded Pack-Man Consulting in 2023 to help brands solve packaging problems properly: compliant, well engineered and commercially realistic.

A packaging engineer since 2014.
I have worked as a professional packaging engineer since 2014, and I enjoy every part of it: the engineering, the materials, the supplier conversations and the moment a new pack runs cleanly on the line.
That enthusiasm for packaging development led me to set up Pack-Man Consulting in 2023, with a focus on innovative solutions that never lose sight of compliance.
I’m based in the south east and support brands in London and across the United Kingdom.
